Ashley Phipps is a character in Next & Rachel who first appeared in the episode Rachel's New Boss. She became the new manager of the PHS Cafeteria after Sandra Pryor left. She remained in that role until she was escorted out of her position as Cafeteria Manager at Pleasant Hill Elementary on November 13, 2024, after conditions worsened following Rachel's departure on April 10, 2024, when Ashley transferred to Stone Elementary. Ashley is no longer allowed to manage at any school and is reportedly banned from the Pleasant Hill Elementary building.
