i'M Shocked is the thirteenth episode of Season 4 of the iNext Revival.

Next and Blue are concerned about Rachel because they’ve noticed she’s been acting differently. Next pulls Rachel aside to talk to her, but Rachel says, “I don’t want to talk,” and goes to get ready for CF Special Needs Ministry.
While she’s gone, Next tests an app called Mood Face. When Rachel returns, Next says, “Sit down and stay still,” and scans her with the app.
The result appears: MOOD: IN LOVE. Next and Blue are shocked.
Rachel quietly says, “I’m in love with Tina Steger.” Then she walks outside, refusing to talk to either of them. She runs away.
